Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging UXTech for any project, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
UXTech ("we," "us," or "our") provides digital services including web development, digital design, WhatsApp integration, and automation solutions to clients ("you" or "client"). By accepting our proposal or making a payment, you enter into a legally binding agreement with UXTech.
Advance Payment: 25% of the total project cost is required upfront to commence work.
Final Payment: Remaining 75% is due upon project delivery and your approval.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, PayPal, Razorpay, and other digital payment methods.
Late Payments: Outstanding invoices after 15 days may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
GST: All prices exclude GST. 18% GST will be added to all invoices as per Indian tax regulations.

We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines and communicate any potential delays promptly.
Free Revisions: Each project includes up to 5 rounds of revisions during the development phase.
Scope Changes: Requests that fall outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
Additional Revisions: Revisions beyond the included 5 rounds will be charged at ₹1,000 per round.
Revisions must be requested within 30 days of project delivery.
4-Month Free Maintenance: All projects include 4 months of complimentary maintenance covering:
4-Month Guarantee: We guarantee our work will function as specified for 4 months post-delivery.
Extended Maintenance: After the free period, maintenance packages start at ₹3,000/month.
Warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party plugins, or hosting/server problems.
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project become your property.
Third-Party Assets: Some projects may use licensed third-party resources (fonts, images, plugins). Licenses must be maintained by the client.
Portfolio Rights: UXTech retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by NDA.
Source Code: Complete source code and design files are delivered upon final payment.

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties.
NDA Available: For sensitive projects, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement upon request.
Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements and professional ethics.
UXTech's total liability for any damages arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project.

By Client: Projects may be terminated with written notice. Work completed to date will be billed at standard rates, with no refund of advance payment.
By UXTech: We reserve the right to terminate projects if:
In case of termination by UXTech, advance payment will be refunded minus work completed.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our work, we will revise it until you are happy (within the scope).
Refunds: Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. However, if we fail to deliver as promised, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Final payments are due upon delivery. If you choose not to proceed with the completed project, payment is still required for work delivered.
Clients are responsible for their hosting and domain services. We can assist with:
UXTech is not responsible for hosting downtime, domain expiry, or third-party service issues.

In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation first.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
UXTech reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
